Instruction to authors

• Please consult the programme to see the date, time and location of your presentation.

• All presentations will be 15 minutes in duration followed by 5 minutes for discussion. It is important to follow the program and to allow questions and answers after each paper.

• Please prepare a PowerPoint presentation. A PC laptop computer and a LCD projector will be available in each conference room for PowerPoint presentations.

• All presentation files including any videos should be saved to a USB drive. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your session to upload your presentation files to the assigned computers. If you are using a video clip in your PowerPoint presentation, remember that it is important that you save the video file(s) in a separate file from your PowerPoint presentation but in the same folder. When you check in and upload your presentation, quickly run through the presentation to make sure that the clip(s) plays when required.

• If you intend to use your own MAC computer, please ensure to bring your own MAC to VGA adapter.
