Instruction to authors

• Authors must submit their abstract in English. Please note that no translation services will be offered during the Conference.

• Authors are required to submit their abstract on-line. Abstract send by e-mail will not be accepted.

• Abstracts should not exceed 250 words.

• Authors should make themselves available for the duration of the Conference, May 23 – 26, 2018.

• Presenters are encouraged to prepare Power Point Presentation to facilitate comprehension for other participants.

• Abstract submission is free of charge.

• Registration fees must be paid by April 15^th, 2018 at the latest to secure the presentation during the Conference and the publication of your name and abstract in the Book of Abstracts.

• For poster presentations: please use portrait style (A0 size).
